Threat Awareness is a must in all Industries...

Eset NOD32 Antivirus constantly update their viral signature database in order to keep systems safe but doing this is not enough as viruses are created and released daily that may not be picked up on.

Several scams these days are by telephone and people need to be very careful in everyday use of ICT systems to ensure they are not caught out by random emails and also these random phone calls. For my clients I always tell them that big businesses such as Telecom, Vodafone, Banking institutes, Microsoft will never call you to ask about your accounts - ever! http://www.eset.com/us/threat-center/ is a great site to read occasionally.
